Tango/04 is looking for a technically able and business articulate Pre-sales Consultant who can contribute to the increase in sales of their Business Service Management and Security monitoring solutions in the different markets in EMEA, with a strong focus in French-speaking countries.

Pre-sales Position Responsibilities:

· Work closely with sales teams of the different Business Units to demonstrate to prospects how our solutions solve real world business problems.

· Advise customers and prospects on architecture, integration roadmaps and implementation strategies.

· Participate on sales conference calls and prospect visits.

· Work with customers and prospects at especially a technical level but with business acumen to show how our solutions can provide value to them and fit within their architecture.

· Perform convincing presentations/demonstrations showing the capabilities of the products and applications, sometimes customized using customer/prospect data.

· Develop and present seminar material.

· Perform POCs (Proof of Concept)'s and pilots.

· Prepare project proposals and timelines for the implementation of the solution.

· Perform ROI-analysis work.

· Share knowledge within the Pre-sales team.

· Overcome technical objections in a timely manner.

· Keep up to date with new developments (both internal and external (market) developments).

Requeriments:

• Degree in Telecommunication/Engineering, or equivalent
• 3 or more years experience in Pre Sales
• Mother-tongue speaker of French (mandatory)
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Creative, enthusiastic, proactive with a strong focus on success.
• Excellent communicational and presentational skills; ability to interact with other people at all levels of the organization and to present comfortably to large or executive audiences
• Knowledge of particular vertical industries:  banking, insurance, telco, logistics, credit card and laboratories preferred.
• Demonstrate sales affinity and pro-actively flag obstacles in the Sales Cycle.
• Knowledge of the following areas are an important plus:

1.     Vertical industries applications.

2.     Multiple operating environments (UNIX, Linux, Windows, iSeries, etc).

3.     Structured Query Language (SQL) and multiple RDBMS environments such as Oracle, SQL Server, etc.

4.     ERPs such as SAP, CRMs, etc

5.     Python, Web services, Websphere, Weblogic, Apache, Tomcat, etc
