I strongly recommend using a cab, it is the easiest way and -unless the traffic is seriously congested- probably the fastest. It may cost you around €30.

Taking the train is another option: From the Barcelona Airport take the RENFE train line C10 to Barcelona Plaza Catalunya. At Plaza Catalunya station transfer to the Red Metro line (L1) in direction 'Fondo'. Get off at the 'Fabra i Puig' stop. Take the "Concepción Arenal" exit and you will find our offices right ahead, just on top of the Hipercor supermarket and a few steps past the travel agency "Halcon Viajes" on the corner.

There is a shuttle service from the airport to downtown, which might be more convenient than the train: Aerobus Barcelona, airport Express bus service to Barcelona city center from the airport. This service normally runs every 15 min. You can catch the Aerobus from the airport and it stops at all 3 terminals. You can get off either at Placa Espanya or Placa de Catalunya. From both stops you can catch the Red Metro line (L1) direction 'Fondo'. Get off at the 'Fabra i Puig' stop. Take the "Concepción Arenal" exit and you will find our offices right ahead, just on top of the Hipercor supermarket and a few steps past the travel agency "Halcon Viajes" on the corner.

If you rent a car, here are the directions from the airport to the offices from Google Maps - hope the link works -, Google says it is a 25 minutes trip but at busy times it can take near an hour. I'd also say that it is fastest to go right through downtown (which is what a taxi driver would choose) instead of going around the city as Google suggests.
