VMware ESX/ESXi version 3.5 general support was dropped on 21st of May, 2010
Answer
Support for VMware V3.5 of ESX/ESXi has already been dropped by VMware and most of our customers have already migrated to V4.0 of those products. Starting with ThinkServer V1.6 SP01 HF02 the VMware ThinAgents will also drop compatibility for VMware V3.5. However, any request concerning previous versions of the ThinAgents will still be received and resolved by our support department until otherwise advised.

Migrate to VMware ESX/ESXi version 4.x
