The third edition of the Tango/04 Monitoring Symposium which was held in Italy this year, successfully achieved its goal: to provide a friendly setting where distinguished guests and prestigious speakers could come together to share ideas, experiences and success stories in the Monitoring field of business.
The guests were able to increase their knowledge through the experiences and case studies presented by clients such as Italcementi and Zurich Insurance and Financial Services.
It was an honor to have itSMF, an international organization dedicated to the dissemination of best practices for IT Service Management, present at the event. Including an address by their vice-president, Marco Cipelletti, who developed the alignment of the CIO role, aimed at aligning information systems with business needs.
Chairing the meeting was the president and founder of Tango/04 Computing Group, Raúl Cristián Aguirre, who anticipated future trends in the field of monitoring and new Tango/04.
