Peterborough, NH, June 2011 - Tango/04 Computing Group, European leader in the development of corporate monitoring software, announced that it has been included by Gartner, Inc., global leader in information technology research and consulting, in its Magic Quadrant for Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) 2011*.

The company was included due to the capacity of VISUAL Message Center – its flagship monitoring solution – to provide a SIM (Security Information Management, which includes log management and compliance reports) as well as a SEM tool (Security Event Management, understanding monitoring in real-time and management of incidents related to the security of networks, devices, systems, and security applications).

The Magic Quadrant for Security Information and Event Management 2011* only contemplated products that provide SIEM capabilities, support information recollection from heterogeneous sources and that are offered as software and not as a service, demonstrating to also have very good customer reviews. Moreover, those SIEM solutions providers who had a turnover of less than 4 million dollars over 2010 were excluded.
