Any message or event received by VISUAL Message Center can be broadcast
to one or multiple mobile devices. If the message requires a reply (system
messages or remote command executions), recipients can answer remotely
from their device. It allows operators to manage critical systems at any
time of the day, from anywhere in the world.
Escalation lists enable you to adapt message distribution
to your organization. If messages are not replied to, they get escalated
automatically to other operators until the issue is resolved. Escalation
rules can be adjusted according to type of message, time, day…
Notifier supports GSM modems and most mobile phones on
the market. GSM modems are the best choice because they are faster and
more reliable than standard mobile phones. GSM Modems can also be installed
in places where the GSM signal is not available, as they can get the signal
through an antenna installed in a remote place.
