You can execute any OS/400 or non-OS/400 command on the captured job, even when in input-inhibited mode. You can, for instance, change the LDA or the LIBL, modify a QTEMP object, disconnect any running job, and more.
Chat

Unique! VISUAL Support Pro lets you chat in text mode with the user of the captured job. So, VISUAL Support users can communicate with end users even if no phone line is available (for instance, when using the phone line for getting connected to the iSeries from home).
Complete Security System

 Exclusive! As VISUAL Support Pro is in use in many banks and financial firms, we included a rock-solid, iSeries based security system. You specify which users can capture which jobs, and permit or restrict certain features (for example, you can allow PETER to capture MARY's jobs, but not to execute any commands on her jobs).
