Dick de Graaf has more than 30 years of experience in IT. He started his career as a programmer and DBA at a large insurance company. He has worked almost 14 years now for ICS as Head of System Development, Testing, Application Management and ICT Services. ICS is one of the first users of Tango/04’s VISUAL Message Center in the Netherlands, as the 24x7 credit card business needs systems that are up and running all the time.
