ZURICH Insurance: Upgrade
Zurich, in its Barcelona center, has continued to improve its monitoring solution implemented in recent years. They have defined a new framework, considering as its key factor the real-time unification of the monitoring systems, from infrastructure to business data. Using this model, a process has been launched to improve their dashboards for applications in Switzerland.
Juan Antonio Conde

Juan Antonio joined Zurich in 1999, and is based in Barcelona. Since then, he has held a number of roles within the IT department, participating in several IT transformation programs and global outsourcing contracts. He moved to Centre of Excellence (CoE) in 2008, running Service Improvement initiatives within the Applications Operations area. After a year, he was appointed Head of Service Management and at the end of 2010, he also took the responsibility for IT Operations, managing ISP Services.
