Tango/04 Permanent Support Services are not only aimed at assuring availability and performance of the implemented monitoring system, but also at updating the solutions to manage the changes that will inevitably take place.
These services provide support for those tasks that may require timing analysis, research and configuration by the client. Such tasks outsourced to Tango/04 would be achieved in a faster and more efficient way, thanks to all the experience acquired from hundreds of implementations around the world. The Permanent Support services are also a solution for those activities that the client wishes to delegate due to lack of resources. Tango/04 distributors also offer similar Permanent Support services to their clients.
These services are highly recommended for all clients, whether they are capable and willing to manage the solution themselves or not. We offer two different models:
The Advanced Assistance Service is aimed at clients who are investing time and resources in managing the administration of Tango/04 products by themselves, but need to have occasional access to Tango/04 specialists to help them with maintaining and evolving their solution correctly.
This service allows customers to have the entire Tango/04 team of specialists ready to solve functional problems, receive recommendations to improve and get the most out of the solution.
It is an annual service that is to be contracted in advance and consumed within the time span of one year, in a very flexible manner. The Service is provided by the Tango/04 Advanced Assistance team, that has different specialists profiles to perform simple or complex tasks, for needs related to functional or basic management or to meet requirements of the highest technological complexity. It can be used remotely or in person; according to the needs.
Tango/04 Managed Administration Service is aimed at those customers who do not have the necessary resources to manage the solution or do not want to do so themselves, or due to a particular problem, need to temporarily outsource management of the solution.
This is an integral service, offering not only a proactive maintenance of the original configuration, but also continuous growth and permanent evolution of the solution.
The Managed Administration Service consists of a series of tasks proactively performed by the Tango/04 Administration Team in order to periodically control health status and correct the performance of all the managed monitoring solution components. It also includes on-demand tasks performed specifically upon request from the client, whether it be adapting the implemented configuration or developing new functionalities to empower the evolution of the solution. This level of service can be offered remotely or in person at the client’s location.
