This is achieved with a detailed proposal and a fixed budget, agreed between our Tango/04 specialist consultants and the customer. Any deviation from the budget will be our responsibility and will not incur extra charges.

Our consultants will guide you through the whole process – situation analysis, requirement validation, adaptation to the required and agreed upon specifications and the training of resources responsible for the solution – so that the implementation is quick, successful, perfectly balanced, and with continuous follow-up from our team.

Once the Project is finished, customers may want to administer the solution themselves, so there is a period of transfer of knowledge, balancing and quality assurance. This process is carried out through remote assistance, with weekly sessions for at least two months. Customers learn to manage the solution smoothly and trauma-free, throughout the transfer process.

Tango/04 uses dynamic methodology which assures that even the most complex projects have a reasonable deployment period, meet your company’s requirements, and consequently minimize not only the risk of interrupting daily activities but also the costs usually associated with long-term projects.

In all cases, the detailed scope, technical requirements and resources required have been agreed upon by the customer and Tango/04 specialists prior to deployment.
