This is achieved with a detailed proposal and a fixed budget, agreed between our Tango/04 specialist consultants and the customer. Any deviation from the budget will be our responsibility and will not incur extra charges.

Our consultants will guide you through the whole process – situation analysis, requirement validation, adaptation to the required and agreed upon specifications and training of the resources responsible for the solution – so that the implementation is quick, successful, perfectly balanced, and with continuous follow-up from our team.

Once the Project is finished, customers may want to administer the solution themselves, after which a period of knowledge transfer, balancing and quality assurance follows. This process is carried out through remote assistance, with weekly sessions for at least two months. Customers learn to manage the solution smoothly and trauma-free, all throughout this transfer process.

In all cases, the detailed scope, technical requirements and resources needed have been agreed upon by the customer and the team of Tango/04 specialists prior to deployment.
