Without VISUAL Message Center that would not be possible - in the iSeries, interactive errors only go to the *External message queue associated with each job. Nobody has time to individually monitor those message queues, so many errors slip through the net.

Furthermore, your iSeries server can be configured to freeze specific user sessions whenever errors occur, alerting your support team so that they can fix the problem instantly. It means that end-users don't respond incorrectly to sensitive errors, and avoids problems further down the line.
