with our customers. Using WebEx results in a
shorter time to resolution of problems, an accurate
communication of technical information and enhanced
support and training capabilities. Many Tango/04
customers have acknowledged the advantages of
using WebEx to solve technical issues related
to Tango/04 software.
When WebEx is required to provide
you with Technical Support services, our specialists
conduct all the required connection procedures.
However, you may need to install the WebEx Meeting
Manager plug-in software to enable remote access
at some point of the process.
We encourage you to install
the WebEx Meeting Manager plug-in before requesting
our Technical Support services. A successful
install means that you comply with all of the
communications and software requirements of
WebEx. Problems with installation may indicate
that you must download the latest version of
Java Runtime, enable ActiveX controls, get Administrator
privileges on your PC, or unblock external connections
currently blocked by your corporate firewall.
