BASIC TRAINING
These modules form the basis of all Tango/04 certification programs.

PRELIMINARY SELF TRAINING
In order to minimize the time required for on-site training and make the training more effective, Tango/04 offers the possibility of attending the preliminary training remotely (self training). Special materials will be made available, so that all participants will have a similar level of knowledge when starting the advanced on-site training.

Once candidates confirm their participation in the on-site modules, they will have access to a special area of Tango/04 Web site containing recorded presentations and tutorials describing the architecture of Tango/04 solutions and the installation and basic configuration of VISUAL Message Center SmartConsole and other central components. This self-training will help participants to pass the preliminary examination (EX-PRE).

IMPORTANT: In case participants cannot or do not wish to take the exam EX-PRE, the preliminary self-training must be replaced by an additional day of on-site training (CP-PRE) to be held at a designated location.

BASIC TRAINING
Please note that the participants are expected to know the content of the Preliminary Self Training (ST-PRE / CP-PRE) when starting the advanced on-site training (CP-BAS) and that this material will not be covered during the BAsic Training. Thus it is important that each participant pays special attention to the content of the self training in order to maximize learning when attending the Basic Training.
