Zurich Center of Excellence (CoE) needed to constantly monitor the performance and quality of services provided by the company in different countries. They decided to implement a monitoring solution for displaying in automated dashboards and in real time, information graphed in a simple and intuitive way regarding business activity (transactions, users and response time, among others).
